Since beginning his career in 2004, he has helped hundreds of families and businesses with insurance & financial planning, succession and estate planning, and employee benefits. As a Certified Financial Planner, he is a trusted advisor to his clients and a resource to his colleagues in the financial planning community.
Highly respected in the industry, he has qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table for the last 10 years and has been honored multiple times as Agent of the Year by New York Life Insurance Company. It is this zeal and commitment that each client can expect from Jon and that he brings to RSi as a founding partner where he oversees all sales activity. Jon’s clients deeply value the integrity and insight he brings to their relationship.
A graduate of Indiana University, Jonathan currently resides in Woodbury, Long Island with his wife, his son and daughter. He strongly believes in giving back to his community where he and his wife are active participants in the Long Island 2 Day "Hope Runs Here" 5k for breast cancer awareness. He spends his “non-working time” coaching football and soccer and hitting the links whenever he can.
Phil graduated from Tulane in 2009 – part of the “Katrina Class” – with a double major in Engineering and Finance. He began working with New York Life Insurance right after completing his degree and took to the business immediately, achieving the Certificate of Excellence and becoming a Career Executive Council Agent in his first year.
Five years later he became a founding partner of RSi. Working with his contemporaries as they face milestone moments of life from marriage to parenthood and beyond, he relates to his clients on a personal basis and works to design creative ways to balance the needs that come with new responsibilities. He is proud to have created an entrepreneurial, boutique service business that affects others in a positive way
In addition to sales and marketing, Phillip oversees the back-end operations and client support at RSi. He is committed to being on hand when you most need assistance, and proactively keeping his clients informed about new cost saving products and industry innovation.
Phillip comes from a family of entrepreneurs in Manhattan, is an active member of the golfing community, and participates in several charities including the Love Your Brain and the Chase Your Dreams Now organizations.
Detailed, conscientious and composed, Vasantha is the person our clients call to implement rapid solutions. Knowing the insurance industry inside and out, Vasantha takes the time to listen and understands how to get things done properly in executing on client policies and claims.
From a client standpoint, her deep practical knowledge and facility with technology will yield the important answers. RSi often takes on policies written by our clients’ previous insurers to find better coverage at a more advantageous price point, and this involves research and looking at the fine print.
Vasantha works tirelessly to explore and explain the details, uncovering the puzzle pieces that will address the issues. She is a trusted resource in recommending the next steps.
